Duncan brings creativity with experience in marketing and print design to the ip Webcraft team. With over 2 decades of experience in the field, he is a dynamic team player with well-developed written and verbal communication abilities.

Josh is responsible for the practical execution of the sometimes challenging designs that Sean comes up with. His over the top willingness to push the boundaries of what is possible in WordPress makes Josh an indispensable part of the creative team.
Josh Wicks joined ip Webcraft in mid-2015 as a junior designer/developer. He is a talented, young artist and very energetic in his approach to everything he does. His work speaks for itself and his dedication to his craft is admirable. Whilst studying after hours, he paid his way through life working in the building industry. This honed this current understanding of the quality of work that needs to be done.

Josh loves watching anime more than anything else. Not only for the story, but the insane artwork and creative inspiration that can be gained from it, especially anime done by Masashi Kishimoto, Hiro Mashima and Masamune Shirow.
When he is not glued to a computer screen, you can find him with his wife socializing and having a laugh with friends. On his spare time, he loves to sit down and draw whatever comes into his head, known as doodling.
Josh worked for Aletheia International Ministries, a welfare organization that deals with abused and abandoned kids for 3 years as a distribution coordinator. He believes that it is always good to try and give back whenever possible.

After finishing high school and his call to national service, he joined a large engineering company. Sean quickly worked his way through the ranks at the company, from junior sales clerk to a buyer/export specialist. At the tender age of 25, he left his employer to start up his dream business, ip Webcraft. While ip Webcraft started out as a design company, it was Sean's fiery passion for technology that split the company's focus into more than one area, namely small business IT, web design and sometime later, branding.
His love for technology and design is evident when in his presence, as he is always in touch with what is happening in the space he operates in. He has a clear and creative approach to problem-solving, which can be attributed to his experience in solving business problems within the design field. Sean is well known for coming up with innovative solutions for client brands and websites.
