We started with Yarn Trading Business back in 1960 with name 'M/s. P. G. Jakhotya' and soon doubled it to 'M/s. Jakhotya Enterprises'... In 1970, Jakhotya Group of Textiles expanded in the fabric job work business and progressed to 1000 power looms. In 1985, first full-fledged manufacturing facility was installed at Malegaon Industrial Estate in weaving preparatory segment. In 1991, the fabric manufacturing extended into specialty design and fancy fabric manufacturing range under the name ‘M/s. Ajay Agencies' and became a prominent producer in market.
