Ihnatowycz Institute for Leadership in September 2010, we have been at the center of leadership thought, inquiry, and education into what makes a better leader. Beginning with our multi-disciplinary examination of the leadership failures and successes relating to the global financial crisis of 2008-2009, we have made research, teaching and outreach on leader character our distinct differentiator in the vast leadership space... We aspire to have a deep impact on individuals, organizations and societies through the creation and application of new knowledge on leader character.
