Model Rural Youth Development Organization (MRYDO) is a registered non-profit, philanthropic organization working in Najafgarh, Delhi, Haryana and Punjab. MYRDO was established in 1986 by a group of like-minded social development professionals and social activists to work on social issues affecting the most marginalized sections of the society... MRYDO believes in working with and for the most marginalized rural and urban poor sections of the society in their ongoing struggle for livelihood security, social justice, and rights and to live a life with dignity. To reach out the vision, the organization, MRYDO has consciously moved from a sustainable development approach to a Right based Approach (RBA). MRYDO is working closely with duty bearers (State and District authorities, local administration), right holders (targeted communities), stake holders, media and the larger civil society organizations to protect and promote the human rights of especially the most marginalized communities...
