Ashley will be the first to welcome you with a smile as you arrive at our office. She'll assist you with appointment making, and will continue to follow through with you to ensure your experience with us is exceptional. She has extensive experience working at a surgical center, scheduling, and overall patient care. She absolutely loves being able to meet and connect with everyone, and will always help whenever she can.
Outside of work, Ashley is a wife and a mother of two beautiful children; a boy and a girl. She enjoys reading and movies and loves spending time with her family going on fun little adventures
Cristin's priority focus at our practice is to create a warm and supporting environment for our patients and team. Bringing over 14 years of experience in the cosmetic surgery industry, Cristin oversees all operations to ensure that everything runs smoothly. She also utilizes her creative skills with media and marketing projects for the practice. With her warmth and compassion, she forms a special connection with the patients from their first call to the office, during consultations and through their surgical process. Cristin truly loves being part of the patient's aesthetic journey and seeing their transformation.
Outside of work, Cristin volunteers with local hospice organizations as an End Of Life Doula. She is married with college aged boy/girl twins and loves to spend time in nature, reading and enjoying the simple pleasures of life.

Dr. Jeffrey Joseph, MD, is a member of a limited group of board certified ophthalmologists with an additional subspecialty training in oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery, also known as oculoplastic surgery. Dr. Joseph focuses on cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the eyelids, the surrounding facial structures, the lacrimal or tear drainage system, and the orbit or "eye socket". Dr. Joseph's training has given him a unique ability to care for the delicate area around the eyes while protecting and potentially improving the health of the eyes and vision.
Dr. Jeffrey Joseph, MD is a native of Southern California. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, San Diego, majoring in Biology. Dr. Joseph then attended Boston University School of Medicine, where he excelled academically and clinically, and as a result, was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) honor society- the most esteemed honor society in medical education.
Dr. Joseph completed his residency training in Ophthalmology at New York University as well as the prestigious Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital. He was selected to the position of Chief Resident prior to completing his training. Dr. Joseph then returned to Southern California to complete a two-year sub-specialized multidisciplinary fellowship program in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of California, Irvine and The Gavin Herbert Eye Center. During this intensive two year program, he received extensive training in aesthetic and reconstructive surgeries involving all aspects of the eyes and face.
Dr. Joseph continues to publish and lecture, sharing his expertise on various topics in the field of ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery. Notably, Dr. Joseph currently maintains an academic appointment and serves as an assistant professor at UC Irvine and The Gavin Herbert Eye Institute where he has the privilege of teaching residents and fellows. He also serves as an attending physician at the Long Beach VA Hospital, helping to fulfill the oculoplastic and reconstructive needs of our veterans.
As a native of Southern California, Dr. Joseph is thrilled to have the opportunity to live and work in beautiful Orange County with his wife and three young daughters. He loves spending time with his family as well as being active in community activities.
Jennie brings the fun to our practice! Her laughter, warmth and positivity brightens our patients' experience, especially during the healing process. Working in the medical field for over 28 years, Jennie's true passion is taking care of patients. From assisting Dr. Joseph in surgery to caring for patients pre and post procedure, Jennie does whatever it takes to make sure everyone is taken care of. Her love of her job shines through each day.
Outside of work, Jennie is married with 3 beautiful grandchildren. She loves to travel, dance and have fun at concerts and spend time with her life long friends.
Natalie will be the one of the first people you see upon walking into our practice. Her warm and calm demeanor instantly puts our patients at ease and she loves doing all she can to make sure they have the best patient experience possible. She manages all of our social media content & enjoys getting to chat with the varied personalities of the patients coming into our practice.
Outside of work, Natalie loves to read, paddleboard, and spend time with her friends and family.
Tavania has a true love for patients and creates a supportive environment for staff. From the patient's consultation through the surgical process, she strives to provide an exceptional patient experience. She has experience in both plastic surgery and working in a medical spa and her passion for patients and staff allows her to create a unique and warm experience in our office.
Outside of work, Tavania has 2 children and loves spending time together, taking adventurous trips, enjoying the outdoors, and dinners with friends.
