He is also a former First Lieutenant in the Missouri National Guard having served as a Platoon Leader, Executive Officer (XO), and Operations Officer of a Military Police battalion. Jamal received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Missouri St. Louis...
