PRINCETON AQUATICS CLUB & SCHOOL

Fully furnished (700 +\- Sq. Ft.) Aloha themed casual single class room, including one monitor for online and video teaching aides and visual aides for teaching all of our curriculum. Currently the classroom preforms as our classroom and student lounge. Including (2) old fashioned pinball machines and one vintage "Centipedes" video game and an ADA restroom... A portion of the building (360+\-Sq.Ft.) currently functions as the administrative offices for one of our other small businesses ( Princeton Boat Storage "PBS") and is equipped with a full kitchen and separate bathroom. Students are currently not permitted to spend time in the office unless a customer of PBS.
