Mr. Tierney has been a resident of the Inland Empire for well over 40 years, having grown up in the High Desert and then living and raising his family in the San Bernardino area for the past 17 years. He is active in the community, and was recently named to the Board of Directors for Junior University, an organization that devotes its time and resources to developing and encouraging young performers learn and practice their craft in presenting quality and professional summer musical programs in San Bernardino

Leah A. Reeves earned her BA degree from California State University, San Bernardino, and earned her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law. Ms. Reeves primarily focuses her practice on civil litigation/insurance defense matters where she defends and represents the interests of individuals, public entities, and business entities in personal injury matters alleging negligence; negligent hiring, training, supervision, and retention; civil assault/battery; sexual assault/battery; sexual harassment; discrimination; premises liability; and more.
In her free time, Ms. Reeves enjoys riding her Harley hundreds of miles per day on backcountry mountain roads, go-kart racing, riding a personal a watercraft (e.g., Jet Ski; Sea-Doo; etc.), off-roading/4-wheeling, camping, kayaking, traveling, exploring ghost towns, attending stand-up comedy shows, playing with her dogs, reading, listening to music, watching movies, and spending time with family.

Redlands attorney Raymond Dolen earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 1982 from Cornell University and his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law in 1985. He has been a civil litigation attorney at Dolen, Tucker, Tierney & Abraham, APLC since 2012, bringing over 35 years of total legal experience to the cases he handles. Throughout his career, he has represented public entities in hundreds of cases in state and federal courts.
His work includes representing businesses, corporations, and public entities. These have involved allegations of sexual abuse, bullying, wrongful death, personal injury, dangerous conditions, employment law, and more.

Rene received her B.A. degree in History & Political Science from Loma Linda University (La Sierra Campus) in 1986, followed by a year studying German at the University of Regensburg, Germany, as a Rotary International Scholar. Before attending law school, she worked as a health educator for the County of San Bernardino promoting environmental health and recycling in schools and to the public. Rene went on to receive her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1995, and returned to the Inland Empire to practice law.
As an attorney, she has presented on a number of related topics, such as probate administration, challenges of serving as a trustee, conservatorships and special needs trusts.
Rene is a member of the State Bar of California, the California Lawyer's Association (Trusts & Estates), San Bernardino County Bar Association (Member, Probate Section), and a board member of the Estate Planning Council of San Bernardino County.
