I write this having just started my post as a consultant in Abu Dhabi having relocated from the UK. Randa has been superb in facilitating my appointment to the position of Consultant Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgeon to Al Ain Hospital, Abu Dhabi, UAE, starting in position on 14 January 2018. For 16 years I had worked in the NHS as a Consultant and, naturally, such a big move for me and my family appeared daunting. Randa has smoothed the way from the beginning and has been reassuring all the time. She has answered all my varied and many questions precisely and honestly using her previous great experience in securing positions in the Middle East. This helped me enormously in my decision making to make the change and move. When I accepted the position she guided me through the enormous task of collecting information in order for me to obtain registration in the UAE. She facilitated all the paperwork transfers and made a long process as painless as possible.
