Supportive Living Services (SLS) is a non-profit, community-based organization focused on providing quality services and supports to individuals diagnosed with an intellectual disability or autism spectrum disorder. We provide care to individuals who chose to live in our residential homes and also provide support to individuals who live in their own homes... The SLS Bridge program provides community-based services to individuals who live with their families or in their own homes. We support individuals living in the community to become as independent as possible and maintain their desired level of independence... Supportive Living Services provides the most personalized care and highest quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
