James F. "Jim" Sullivan

James F. "Jim" Sullivan was the long time Director of Credit of The O'Malley Lumber Company, and a dedicated member of this organization since 1966. Jim was instrumental in helping to bring about the basis for Arizona's present day lien notice statutes. In addition, he was a mentor to many, and served a number of community and charitable organizations with humility. Jim left a legacy of service which we honor with this award in his name and his memory.

Mary Hannon

Mary Hannon joined the organization over 20 years ago as an Account Executive, responsible for Business Development. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Arizona State University, and brought with her many years of experience in the industry as a collector for American Express and a Sales Representative for collection agencies. More recently, Mary has assumed the role of Director of Client Relations which means she's involved with just about every function of the company, in some way or another.

Richard J. Adams - CEO, President

Rich Adams has served as President and CEO since 1992. Mr. Adams has worked in the credit and finance industry since 1977. He holds these professional designations: CCE (Certified Credit Executive) CAE (Certified Association Executive) CCP (Certified Credit Professional) CPC (Certified Professional Collector) CGP (Credit Group Professional) Mr. Adams actively supports the business credit profession locally as well as nationally. He recently remarked during a presentation to business and civic leaders that "SWBCS provides an invaluable palate of services to credit managers at all levels of professional development. Moreover, the real-time credit information SWBCS provide to our clients literally saves millions upon millions of dollars in potential credit losses annually". Mr. Adams is active in the Greater Phoenix Business Community, serving on various boards and commissions with an emphasis on Economic Development. He was honored in 2021 by the International Economic Development Council with the Citizen Leadership Award, and was named Mesa, Arizona Citizen of the Year in 2019. Mr. Adams promotes "Service Above Self" as a member of The Rotary Club of Phoenix, Club 100.
