Located in Sterling Heights, Villa Penna is the perfect venue for any event, and has been one of Southeast Michigan's top banquet halls for over 20 years!... In 1985 the Penna family moved its location to Sterling Heights. Penna's of Sterling managed by Tony and Marylou, can host up to 1,100-people. In 1995 they made the decision to open Villa Penna, managed by George, which can host up to 450 people. Since then both locations continue to establish solid relationships with existing and new guests. We look forward to seeing you in the future!!
