Ray Phillips, Land Agent handles all sales purchases and professional matters and is supported by Vicky Phillips who specialises in Property Management BPS and farm bookkeeping. They know first hand the issues, concerns and needs of farms and rural business.
Vicky comes from a farming background and uses her insight and upbringing to deliver a range of services for Walter's Rural clients. As well her specialist area, the Basic Payment Scheme, Vicky also helps rural businesses manage their properties, accounts and paperwork. She also oversees Ordnance Survey mapping services for planning purposes.
