Ben Calhoun - CTO

Ben is a programmer driven to fix problems. He tackles puzzles with intense focus, and loves to create things that are effortlessly useful. He architects and codes out our beautiful websites and web apps. His focus is on custom WordPress and Shopify coding. He also takes the lead in our long-term website maintenance support contracts. When he's not coding, he's playing one of his five guitars, making salted honey iced oatmilk lates, winning in some video game, or talking to Margot (his goldendoodle) about programming challenges. His college years were spent studying jazz guitar and creative writing, where he enjoyed laughing at the humor of Wooster and Jeeves. He started the agency to have more time for volunteering and supporting causes he cares about.

Nina Schumann

  • COPYWRITER & PROJECT MANAGER
Nina Schumann is a gifted storyteller, copywriter, and content creator. She also wears multiple hats and assists with project management. Her ongoing desire to understand which content really works (and what doesn't) results in engaging websites. Copywriting is an art and Nina applies her skills to our projects beautifully. Her fluff-free copy for websites, landing pages, and social media is a powerful tool for our clients. She's the brain behind our clients' content for blogs, newsletters, and high-converting landing pages. As she tells your brand story and engages your readers-watch your viewers convert into buyers.

Violette Calhoun

Violette asks all the questions needed to uncover how your brand serves people, then she translate that into a brand strategy, visuals, and ux web design that connects with your audience. At 17, with a backpack full of cliff bars, she took off for Italy to look at all the art she could. After studying graphic design and marketing, she tackled teaching English, then advertising copywriting, project management for software development firms, and finally-made a full circle back to brand and ux design. She started Wooster Creative 7 years ago with her partner Ben. She's inspired by killer 1960s style and French minimalism. Most important, she'll helps you identify your own creative vision and build a brand which speaks to your audience.
