Director Paul Sumner has also been running a property maintenance business since 2003, and brings extensive hands-on experience to the company. We carry out inspections and maintenance between tenancies, ensuring that new Tenants are welcomed to a clean home where everything works. If problems occur mid-tenancy we react promptly. PlusLets only use trusted tradesmen that we employ to work on our own properties. This level of service protects the Landlord's investment and keeps the Tenants happy. Most of our tenants renew their contracts beyond twelve months, and some have been with us for over fifteen years!
