Ken is the Founder and CEO of Prime Companies, and has led the industry in offering a full line of real estate and hospitality services, including facilitating commercial and residential real-estate acquisition and liquidation, raising debt and equity, developing land, and managing ground up projects, including residential sub-divisions, hotels, commercial office buildings, and over 2,000 luxury apartments as well as lifestyle retail.

Mr. Ehmann has experience in the construction business where he specialized in the renovation and restoration of historic properties in the Center Square neighborhood of Albany. His experience includes: site selection, acquisition and development as well as property management, commercial sales and leasing. Most recently, Mr. Ehmann has been entrusted to market a portfolio of nearly 50 buildings for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany, which includes schools, churches, parish offices, convents and rectories, successfully closing on more than 40 to date. Paul has also been chosen to market the New Covenant Charter School in Albany. Mr. Ehmann is a Certified 1031 Exchange Advisor, has extensive experience in residential new construction and development. He has been trained in mediation by the American Arbitration Society. Paul is the recipient of multiple sales awards including the Coldwell Banker International Presidents Circle Award, International Diamond Society Award and International Sterling Award. At the time, Todd was one of the youngest CBC managers in the entire country. Since Todd was named Manager of CBCPP, the company has been awarded the prestigious "Top Office in New York State" four times and was named a partner in 2009. Throughout his career, Todd has been recognized as the Top Agent in New York State and in the top 5% of Coldwell Banker Commercial agents globally. He has also been recognized by the Albany Business Review in their Top 40 Under 40 Awards.
