Chris Brooks - CEO

Chris Brooks joined FG-Offshore in October 2015 as Group CEO. With more than 35 years in international roles in several different industries, his primary focus in each has been developing the right customer solutions for the businesses at hand. As Group CEO, Chris works closely with each Group company's leadership team to align strategic focus while optimising each company's own market opportunities. Alongside this, he actively works with the other Directors to source and engage with suitable new partner companies to join the Group. Chris has lived and worked in many different countries: NZ, Australia, Papua New Guinea, Singapore, UK; and has led projects worldwide. He has specific offshore marine business development experience in North and South America, Asia, India and Europe. Chris's career path includes sales, product management and business development roles across several industry sectors including; submarine telecommunications, marine operations, printing/packaging and chemicals. Chris has been Group CEO at FoundOcean since October 2015.

Dr Rolando Polli - Chairman

Dr Rolando Polli is a founding partner and director of Ambienta, the Private Equity firm behind FG-Offshore.

Giancarlo Beraudo

Job Titles:

Giancarlo Beraudo joined Ambienta in July 2010 having spent two years at London based private equity firm, Rhône following a spell as a strategy consultant with Bain & Company. Ambienta is Europe's largest private equity fund and acquired an initial 35% stake in FoundOcean in 2012; following this acquisition he joined the board of directors. A distinctive feature of Ambienta's investment strategy is the selection of European companies with established technologies that are transferable to renewable energy. At Rhône, a mid-market private equity firm investing throughout Europe, North and South America, Giancarlo evaluated and executed investment opportunities in several industries including retail, chemicals, energy, industrials and consumer goods. At Bain & Company, he worked on a broad range of projects for industrial and private equity clients. His Ambienta career highs have included investments in Tattile and Mikrotron in addition to FoundOcean Group companies.

Jim Bell

Jim started his engineering career with the Wimpey Construction Group in the early 1980s moving onto the London Underground's Jubilee Line Extension Project in 1992. He began his Energy Industry sales career in 1995 with Oil States Industries and ten years later joined FoundOcean as Managing Director.

Keith Miller - Chairman

Keith Miller joined FoundOcean in 1982, and in 2012 became one of the Directors of FG-Offshore Group following the acquisition by Ambienta. His close association with FoundOcean, the lead operating company, and strategic business and corporate development experience combines to support the investment strategy of seeking out like-minded companies for acquisition and investment. Keith has been involved with various technically challenging projects and has five granted patents. He is a results-driven, quality-focused executive with extensive experience in leading and managing multi-million dollar operations within the global energy industry. Keith has a proven track record of achievement and is a visionary leader bringing over 35 years of experience in establishing operational optimisation across a diverse range of national and international industries. He is recognised for his talents in strategy development and providing corporate vision. Keith has been with FoundOcean since 1982, and has overseen the transformation of the business having been directly involved with various technically challenging problem solving projects including: Technip's Terra Nova; Shell's Gannet bundle re-insulation; ConocoPhillips's Ekofisk pipeline protection and Aker Solutions' Sakhalin installation.

Laurens de Neef

CAPE Holland was founded in 2002 by de Neef and his father; their motivation was to re-associate the family name to the piling sector; their ancestors having been successful during the 19th century. CAPE Holland, under the guidance of Laurens now engineers and manufacturers specialist equipment and has the world leading Vibro Tool in its portfolio.
