Prior to NGKF, Mr. Behin was a partner with MNS, one of New York City's premier full-service residential and investment sales brokerage firms. In 2011, he launched the firm's Investment Sales and Advisory Division. With Mr. Behin as president, the division completed more than $500 million worth of transactions, including the sale of development sites, multihousing properties, note sales and equity and debt placements. MNS was created by the 2009 merger of The Real Estate Group and The Developers Group, which Mr. Behin co-founded in 2002. The Developers Group planned and brought to market thousands of condominium and rental apartments in New York City, including more than 1,500 apartments on the Williamsburg waterfront.
