Brad brings to The Broker Team almost 5 years banking and finance experience. Previously worked with multiple Banks and dabbled in the domestic construction industry.
Brad is young, energetic and finds himself most passionate about identifying his client's objectives, while providing guidance and logical options to achieve their goals and eliminate stress.
A personality larger than life. Brenden is highly motivated and passionate about providing people with great lending options whilst delivering an exceptional client experience. He is at his happiest when he is delivering results for his clients and referral partners.
With over 15 years of experience in the finance industry, both domestic and internationally, Brenden has an acute understanding of how banks tick. With this experience comes a great understanding of how customers actually want to be treated. All of Brenden's clients are important to him.

Matt is passionate about the mortgage broking industry. In today's finance market, there are so many lenders and products making it difficult to choose the right product for your financial needs. As a mortgage broker, we aim to make the process of selecting and applying for a loan easy.
Matt started The Broker Team business in 2007. He attributes his business success to providing high level information to clients that they would not necessarily get elsewhere.
Matt brings with him over 20 years in finance and has a comprehensive understanding of lending structures which he uses to assist his clients in making good finance decisions.
Matt specialises in working with property investors. A keen investor himself, he understands property and how to maximise profit from property investment. He loves providing information on how to avoid critical cash flow errors to ensure his clients are maximising returns.
Matt achieved ‘Business Elite' status with franchise group Loan Market in 2013. This award is a true testament to the commitment he and his team have in achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction. Since then our business achieved Platinum Elite status with Loan Market in 2014 and 2015. No mean feat when competing with city brokers all around the country.

Sarah is also responsible for the handling of progress payments for constructions clients and liaising with builders and clients to keep them up to date in regards to their construction loans and stage payments.
With a background in real estate, Sarah understands the importance of a smooth finance transaction to ensure purchasing one of your biggest life investments is a positive experience.
