Services provided are Plumbing, HVAC, and Site Utilities for new construction and renovation projects. Triad Mechanical Services, Inc. was founded in June 1990 by Marvin Gattis, Everett Hicks and Lee Lively as a full service Mechanical Contracting firm, concentrating on Plan and Specification Projects in the Greater Austin Area... In August of 1999, we built and moved into our own 3,200 square foot office and warehouse. By 2000, after just 10 years in business, we had sales of $2.5 million per year.
