SNEDDONS - Key Persons
A graduate of Dundee and Edinburgh Universities, Brian spent many years working in the charitable sector before joining the Firm in 2013. Brian is based at the Firm's Bo'ness office and handles a wide variety of work including property purchases and sales, wills and executries, powers of attorney, reparation, employment, matrimonial separation and general contract work.
Caralyn joined the Firm in 2004 and is based in the Armadale office. She is the other Practice Manager. Caralyn is a dual qualified as both a Law Accountant and a Law Society of Scotland registered Executry Paralegal.
Linda is one of the Firm's Practice Managers and has many years experience in management, cashroom work and executry practice. She has been a qualified Law Accountant for more than 25 years and looks after the day to day running of the business. Linda attends to many of the executries handled by the Firm.

Sean has a wealth of experience in Estate Agency with ten years experience working with two major high street brands and then joining Sneddons in 2015. He takes great pride in offering a professional but personal service whether you are selling or buying. His experience, knowledge and proactive approach ensures that we sell your home at the best possible price with the least inconvenience to you.
Walter is based at the Firm's Armadale office where he undertakes commercial, agricultural, business and development contract and conveyancing. He has extensive administrative experience and acts for a variety of organisations and associations, including clubs. He has handled many high value transactions and has undertaken various M.B.O.s and Company sales and purchases. He acts for builders, developers and many other businesses and private clients. He also prepares Wills and related deeds and undertakes reparation claims, including negligence cases.
