Alessandro Asperti is Head of Italy and Greece at Cubico, with responsibility for the origination, M&A structuring and execution of transactions in these countries.
Previously, Alessandro was Head of Santander's Asset & Capital Structuring team in Italy and was responsible for the bank's equity investments in energy and infrastructure. Prior to this, Alessandro worked as head of finance at Enfinity and had extensive experience in the project finance department of GE Capital and Intesa San Paolo with a focus on the energy sector.

Chris Ireland is responsible for leading the Greenfield and Renewables investment mandate for Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan's (Ontario Teachers') Infrastructure team. Chris led Ontario Teachers' investments into Anbaric Development Partners and STEM, Inc., and other innovative ways to invest in and support the transition to low carbon energy. He has served as a board member on a number of infrastructure companies. Prior to joining Ontario Teachers', Chris was an investment banker, a project developer for fossil and renewable power projects, and an engineer for a large EPC company.

David Smith is Head of Australia at Cubico, with responsibility for origination and execution of new investments and whole of life asset management.
David has had extensive experience in renewable energy, from development to construction, origination, execution and asset management. David was previously Head of Iberia at Cubico, leading the growth of the business from 2 water assets to a team of 15 asset management specialists managing 8 assets in wind, water, PV and concentrating solar thermal generation. Prior to moving to Cubico, David was Head of Santander's Asset & Capital Structuring team in Australia, following broad M&A experience as a director in investment banking at ABN AMRO and at an independent power producer where he managed development and M&A.
David has a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management at UNSW.

David is Chief Executive Officer of Cubico and has ultimate responsibility for the execution of the company's strategy and day-to-day management. With more than 30 years in infrastructure and structured finance, David has worked on transactions around the globe, across a variety of asset classes and project lifecycle stages. He has expertise in equity and debt financing and brings a wealth of cross-border experience to the company.
David is Chief Executive Officer of Cubico and has ultimate responsibility for the execution of the company's strategy and day-to-day management. Previously, he was responsible for managing Cubico's business in the EMEA region and has been with Cubico since its formation in 2015.
With more than 30 years in infrastructure and structured finance across the globe, David brings a broad experience of the debt and equity markets to the company. The earlier part of his career was spent advising multinational corporations and governments in structuring complex financing transactions.

Francisco provides considerable experience in both project finance and equity investment across Europe and America. He has experience in originating, structuring and executing renewable and infrastructure transactions, including PV, wind, hydro and transport infrastructure. Previously, Francisco worked in Santander's Asset & Capital Structuring team and was responsible for the origination and execution activity in Peru and Colombia.
Francisco graduated from Polytechnic University of Madrid and holds a BSc Civil Engineer (MSc in Structures and Foundation), MBA from Instituto de Empresa in Madrid and Capital Markets Executive Education from IEB in Madrid.

James became Head of Northern Europe after more than 6 years at Cubico, most recently as Head of Investment Oversight where he worked closely with all regional teams, the Executive Committee and the company's shareholders on the evaluation, approval and execution of transactions. This encompassed deals across 15 countries in a variety of technologies including solar, wind, CSP and transmission.
Prior to joining Cubico, James worked in EY's Energy Corporate Finance team, focused on buy and sell-side renewable energy M&A.
James graduated from Bristol University and is a CFA charterholder.

Javier is Head of Origination and Development at Cubico, based in London. He is responsible for driving growth through both acquisitions and development activities globally. Javier has a 20-year track record managing the whole value chain of renewable energy assets including origination, acquisitions, development, financing, construction, operation and disposals.

Jens-Peter Saul has broad international management and leadership experience based from various executive positions within the engineering & consulting as well as energy industries. He has held several international management positions within Siemens Energy including the position as President and CEO of Siemens Wind Power. Jens-Peter joined Ramboll as Group President and CEO in 2012. Since then, Jens-Peter has transformed the company into a global player in the Engineering and Consulting Industry. An achievement for which he was awarded European CEO of the year by the Association of Consulting Engineers (ACE) in 2017.

José has wide experience in management of renewable energy assets from origination and construction to operational management, across Europe, and America. Previously, José was head of Poland and Romania at EDP Renewables.
José holds a Law degree from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid and a Master in Finance and Renewable Energy from the Carlos III University in Madrid.
After an international career of 35 years at Shell in downstream, gas and power and renewable energy businesses, Karen became Non-Executive Director on the Boards of companies as diverse as Ahold, Lonmin, Poyry and British American Tobacco.
She is currently chairman of the board of Cubico, member of the supervisory board of E.on SE and chairs the investment committee of EQT Infrastructure Funds III, IV and V.

Maria Morsillo is a member of the Infrastructure's Value Creation & Analytics team in Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan (Ontario Teachers'), which has a broad mandate to assist in value creation activities across the Infrastructure & Natural Resources Portfolio. In the past, she has held numerous board positions such as at Birmingham Airport, GCT Global Container Terminals, Saesa and Express Pipeline. Prior to joining Ontario Teachers' in 2006, Maria was a Corporate Development Manager at Canadian National Railway and worked at CH2M Hill, a large environmental engineering consulting firm.
Maria is also the Chairman of the Remuneration and HSE committees for Cubico.

As Chief Financial Officer, Matt Donaldson has responsibility for Cubico's finance, treasury, tax, investment oversight, portfolio management and global risk management functions.
Matt has over 15 years of international experience in the energy infrastructure and renewables sectors, during which time he has been part of several successful and diverse management teams and boards. His areas of expertise include financial accounting and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, business development, treasury, corporate financing and IT.
Prior to joining Cubico, Matt held various senior positions within the ENGIE Group across Australia, France and the UK, including Chief of Staff to the ENGIE Group CFO and CFO for ENGIE's Australian joint venture operations with Mitsui.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Olga is General Counsel and Head of Corporate Affairs at Cubico, responsible for overseeing board governance and all legal, compliance, human resources and communications matters. She is also the Group Secretary. With more than 25 years of international experience in the financial and infrastructure sectors, she is an expert in corporate governance, ESG matters, mergers and acquisitions, project finance and managing legal risk in a global environment.
Olga is Secretary of all Board committees.
Olga is General Counsel and Head of Corporate Affairs at Cubico, based in London. She is responsible for overseeing board governance and all legal, compliance, human resources and communications matters. She is also Group Company Secretary.
With more than 25 years of international experience in the financial and infrastructure sectors, Olga has advised on investments in diverse regions of the world (Europe, Latin America, the USA and Australia) and across various sectors and asset classes. She is an expert in corporate governance and managing legal risk in a global environment.
Previously, Olga was Head of Legal for Credit & Global Transactional banking at Santander, based both in London and Madrid. She had all acquisition, structured and project finance, asset and capital structuring as well as the global structured trade finance businesses in the Global Banking & Markets division under her supervision.
Olga holds an English law degree from the College of Law and an M.A. Spanish law degree from the UAM, Madrid.

Previously, Osvaldo was managing director of the Balam Fund I (funded by institutional investors including the IDB and the Japan Bank for International Cooperation), whose mandate is investing in renewable energy and energy efficiency exclusively in Mexico. Prior to that, Osvaldo was Head of Santander's Asset & Capital Structuring team in Mexico, deploying equity in investments in renewable energy in excess of US$ 250 million.
Osvaldo holds a BS in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de México (UNAM), and an MBA from New York University's (NYU) Leonard Stern School of Business.

Patrick Gut is a Director in the Infrastructure Investments group at the Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments). Patrick has over 10 years of experience in the investment industry having previously worked in the investment banking division at a leading Canadian bank covering power and utilities among other sectors. Since joining PSP Investments in 2017, Patrick has been focused on capital deployment and investment management mainly in the energy sector and is currently also on the Board of H2O Power Holding LP, a wholly-owned platform that owns and operates hydroelectric generating stations in North America.

Priscilla Davies has over 25 years of experience in financial services across a range of sectors including asset management, infrastructure, renewables and alternative investments. During her executive career Priscilla held various senior positions at Janus Henderson and was Managing Director of the Private Equity business. She is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chair of UBS Asset Management UK Ltd and Sterling ISA Managers Ltd. Priscilla is Chartered Accountant and a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
Priscilla is also the Chairman of the Audit Committee for Cubico.

Stacey Kusters is Head of United States at Cubico, leading investments in new transactions, as well as supervising all aspects relating to the operations and asset management of the business.
Previously, Stacey was Senior Vice President at Berkshire Hathaway Energy Investment and was responsible for underwriting and executing close to $4 billion (USD) in tax equity transactions. Prior to this, Stacey held several senior management positions within the Berkshire Hathaway Energy companies responsible for the acquisitions of wind and solar assets, and structuring and pricing complex transactions across the United States.
She graduated from Simon Fraser University and holds an Executive Management degree from University of British Columbia.

Stephan Rupert is Managing Director, Infrastructure Investments, at the Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments). He oversees capital investment and asset management for the Americas, as well as renewable investments. Stephan has over 20 years of experience in international mergers and acquisitions, asset management and operations.

As Global Head of Operations, Steve Drapper oversees the company's operations, technical, health and safety and IT functions.
Steve is a chartered engineer with over 30 years' experience in the electricity industry. He has held several senior roles in the UK and Australia with responsibilities for asset-backed trading, portfolio management and commercial operations for generation and retail assets, risk control and business development oversight.
Steve has also held positions in power station operations and maintenance and has broad experience of power generation technologies including renewable. He has participated in business development activities, including both working in development teams and leading in dependent reviews of projects.

Tony Poulter is one of the Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments) nominees to the Cubico Board. He is also on the Boards of the UK Department for Transport and the UK Green Infrastructure Platform. He was previously the Senior Independent Director at the Green Investment Bank and Chairman of the Pension Infrastructure Platform. He was a partner in PwC for many years and led its businesses in Project Finance, then Asia-Pacific Advisory and finally Global Consulting.
