QUTIS - Key Persons
Angela has always been interested in healthcare and continually retains the desire to help others. One of the deciding factors for her joining the Qutis group was seeing the benefits treatments often have on a patient's mental health as well as physical appearance. As it should be known that these two factors are not mutually exclusive. For example, injectable treatments for hyperhidrosis and frown lines have been identified as having positive effects on depression and social anxiety. Through observing these positive results Angela has been encouraged to get a degree in nursing to continue on the journey of developing and delivering the highest quality care to our patients.
Background
Inspired and encouraged by the nurses Angela has worked with at Qutis, she decided to study for a degree in nursing, in March 2015. After qualifying as a Nurse with a BSc (Hons) first class Angela worked at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford, as well remaining part-time at Qutis. We are very pleased that Angela has now become Nurse Business Manager at Qutis. Angela is a Nurse Practitioner as well as leading the team across all three clinics. Angela grew up in Canada but now lives in the UK with her English husband yet still retains her charming Canadian accent!
Outside Work
Angela has always enjoyed the outdoors and she finds solitude in wild swimming, mountain biking and road cycling, mountaineering, running and trekking. Angela is a member of the Outdoor Swimming Society and she encourages anyone interested in swimming to sample open water, wild swimming. Angela also has a personal love of travelling, and she particularly enjoys learning about other cultures through culinary experiences and local history. Finally, Angela loves animals and the environment and finds natural history fascinating, so has a keen interest in conservation.
Ellie has 2 beautiful daughters and a golden cocker spaniel called Crunchie. Ellie loves to travel and experience new cultures and traditions. She also loves to cook and host dinner parties with friends and family. Her main passion is singing, as a teenager, she was picked to join the four county choir in Wales and as a soprano she won the under 16's North Wales musical theatre singer of the year .

Sixteen years ago Paula sought a new area to take her nursing career, Medical Aesthetics found her, after a conversation with a friend Paula found myself calling Qutis clinic in Thame, the rest is a very happy history. Paula has never looked back. From acne to the natural ageing process of the skin, mole removal, advanced soft tissue rejuvenation, to skin tags is the norm for a morning at Qutis. The cutting edge of up to date technology combined with the utmost professional nursing standards provides the perfect environment for Paula to deliver the best of nursing care for our aesthetic patients.
Background
Paula qualified in 1984 as a Registered Nurse and has always worked in health care starting as a care assistant in a private nursing home. Paula gained respect for the individual approach at this point and it has served her well in a long nursing career. Paula attained her Laser Core of Knowledge qualification at Mapperley Park.
Ellie first met Marea at the Clinic in Witney where she had been a patient since she moved to Oxfordshire in 2017. Ellie says that the clinic provided such a professional experience and great customer service, that she was overjoyed when she was asked to come for an interview for the clinic coordinator role at Qutis Witney. Ellie has the experience of having treatments herself, so already loved the world of aesthetics. This opened a door for her to a new learning experience and to become part of the Qutis Family.
