David Foster has been promoted to Head of Credit with overall responsibility for credit strategy and recoveries. David will also continue to run certain key loan transactions for his key introducers.
Jamie Russell - Chief Commercial Officer
Jamie has been promoted to Commercial Director and will now have overall responsibility for the performance of the sales team, including product development, training, recruitment and strategy
Jamie has worked in bridging finance now for several years however he is certainly not your average banker turned bridging employee. He served in the British Army for 5 years and left in 2017 and his military training amongst other things, has provided him with the ability to work under pressure, to play as team and to develop strong negotiation skills.

Mel is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience at Lloyds Bank. As Business Development Manager for the Midlands, Mel is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with brokers in the region.

Richard King looks after our key accounts in the Midlands and North West. Richard is also key in developing wider group strategy and product design however, by his own admission, his favourite aspect of his role is dealing with brokers, taking enquiries and structuring bespoke solutions.
Stephen Davison is based at our Belfast office and has been promoted to Head of Lending with overall responsibility for the firm's lending operations. This involves leading the team on a day-to-day basis, improving systems and managing/building relationships with the firm's professional advisors.
