Kevin Mascarenhas

Kevin applies his experience in systems design solutions across a variety of environments to encourage more diverse and ...read more Through his own consultancy Kevin has been privileged to work on diverse projects including sustainable garden design for The Princes Trust and a jungle agroforestry system in Belize. He voluntarily teaches weekend courses in sustainable design across London. Kevin's earlier career included working with Bank of America and JP Morgan Chase as an IT Analyst where he managed, supported and designed critical global software applications and IT infrastructure. He also worked for the Financial Times and Lucas Automotive Electronics where he was part of a team of software engineers tasked with developing first generation engine management systems for zero emission fuel efficient transport. Kevin graduated with a BEng degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, he is a certified facilitator of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and materials and a Certified Holacracy Practitioner. He is currently an Advisor to the KORI Charity (supporting vulnerable children and young adults) on strategy, organisational design and entrepreneurship.

Since establishing her own consultancy business Oonagh has used her extensive corporate knowledge to support senior managers and board members with their professional development. She has worked across the energy, automotive, technology and retail sectors delivering executive coaching, coaching training programmes and supporting senior teams through group coaching and team facilitation. In addition, Oonagh has assisted clients with talent assessment and development, including delivery of a suite of training programmes. Prior to founding her coaching practice she was Head of Talent Management at E.ON UK where she was responsible for building and developing international leadership teams. Oonagh also worked as Head of HR for the organisation's European gas fleet where she led the design and implementation of the people development strategy for the entire European generation business, impacting 11,000 staff across ten countries. A graduate of Durham University, Oonagh is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (FCIPD), completed a post-graduate course in Executive Coaching at Ashridge Business School, holds a Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing Levels A & B from the British Psychological Society, and is an approved user of a range of psychometric tools.

She is particularly interested in the role of leadership in high-performing teams and has undertaken research in to how such teams are established and sustained. Valerie founded Highpoint Partners in 2003, initially as a boutique executive search firm, then in 2012, following interest and encouragement from clients, repositioned the business to focus on executive leadership coaching and organisational development consulting. Throughout her 20+ years' executive search career Valerie specialised in working for global asset management and investment banking clients. She worked successfully with clients to hire individuals and teams based in London, Europe, the United States and Asia. Before creating Highpoint Partners Valerie spent almost ten years with US executive search firm, Russell Reynolds Associates, where she was a Partner in the firm's financial services practice. Valerie holds an MSc degree in Coaching and Consulting for Change, together with an MA degree in Applied European Studies, a BA degree in Modern Languages and Politics and several specialist coaching qualifications and certifications.
