Adrian Fry

Adrian has spent over two decades in the insurance arena with personal and commercial insurance brokerages. This has provided him with an extensive understanding of the insurance industry. Adrian joined Vision in 2000 and has worked in all areas of the business to get a thorough understanding of Vision's ethos. Today, he leads a strong team who are committed to delivering Vision's high level of customer service.

Alan Gravestock

Job Titles:
  • Finance Manager
Alan qualified as a management accountant in 1990 and spent over 20 years in the leasing and car rental industry with Avis. His roles included financial planning analyst, regional manager, facilities manager and purchasing manager. Vision was delighted when Alan accepted the role as Finance Manager in April 2008. He has introduced positive changes in financial planning, management of monthly accounts and the minimising of trade debtors. His role is vast and varied including full management of the Vision vehicle fleet and nationwide delivery and collection logistics. Alan is supported by a great team of logistics professionals and drivers.

Martin Wills - Managing Director

As a co-founder of Vision and its Managing Director, Martin's role is pivotal to the company's ongoing success. He is responsible for the continued development of Vision as a unique credit and intervention hire solution via commercial relationships and the identification of new opportunities in a changing marketplace. Martin also oversees the daily running of the operations team which comprises UK-wide logistics and claims departments. While his focus is to provide a first class service to customers and trade partners, Martin never loses sight of creating the right working environment. This ethos has given Vision a strong employee retention rate, created internal career development opportunities and helped the company achieve its ‘Investors in People' accreditation.
