Andrew joined Forth Dimension Displays in November 2007. An experienced operational manager, he has over 20 years experience within the operations field.
He has previously held senior management positions within major Japanese, US and EU multi-national companies as well as smaller enterprises indigenous to the UK.
He has extensive experience in a diversity of industries including, Semiconductors, Defence, Aerospace and Medical sectors. His career to date has afforded him exposure to and, first hand working knowledge of, the most effective operational practices and manufacturing techniques employed by these world class companies such as TPM, TQM, Lean Manufacturing, & Six Sigma. Andrew also holds an MBA.

Calum Dewar joined Forth Dimension Displays in July 1999 as a hardware design and development engineer. He previously worked as a research and development engineer.
In the Machine Vision group, part of the Scottish Agricultural College and as a development engineer for a defence contractor developing RADAR and radio navigation systems. Calum Dewar holds an MSc in ‘Digital Techniques' from Heriot-Watt University and a BSc in ‘Microelectronics and Microcomputer Systems' from the University of Dundee.
Appointed CEO of Forth Dimension Displays in early 2007, Greg had been Managing Director/COO of the Company since its formation as CRLO Displays in September 2004.
As Managing Director of its predecessor (CRL Opto) he led the successful $19 million fund raising that formed the Company. He has participated in the formation of other new displays companies (including Opsys and AccuScene).
Prior to his time with the Company he spent a period as Corporate Development Manager of Scipher plc. Here he was part of the core team working on a VC fund-raising ($10 million) and, subsequently, the IPO of the Company (raising $60 million) in February 2000. In his earlier career he worked in sales, marketing, R&D project management and integrated circuit design within Thorn EMI, GEC and in a joint venture in Malaysia. Greg Truman has a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire.

Henning is an experienced display specialist with a strong customer focus. Before joining Forth Dimension Displays he worked for nearly two decades for the Japanese LCD pioneer Sharp in the UK and Germany. Starting off 1995 in the R&D team of Sharp Laboratories of Europe in Oxford, in 2000 he moved to Sharp Microelectronics Europe in Hamburg responsible for product marketing and project management of customized LCDs in automotive and consumer applications. He collaborated in projects with major European automotive system integrators. Henning received his diploma in chemistry at the University of Hanover, Germany and his PhD for research on ferroelectric liquid crystals at the Technical University Berlin.

Mike has been the Financial Controller and Company Secretary of the Company since its formation (as CRLO Displays) in September 2004. He joined the Accountancy firm of KPMG in Sheffield, qualifying in 1992 with The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
In 1993 he joined TWIL Ltd, the largest wire manufacturer in the UK, as a Project Accountant. Subsequently he moved to Scotland to take up the post of Management Accountant in Bekaert Handling Ltd, a subsidiary company of TWIL and the largest manufacturer of materials handling equipment in the UK. Michael Hay holds a degree in Statistics from Aberdeen University.
