Katelyn, a proud 2018 graduate of Colorado State University (Go Rams!), attained her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in September 2021. She is thrilled to join the Areté team, bringing with her five years of industry experience to aid in creating financial plans and providing operational support. Outside of work, Katelyn acts as a personal chauffeur for her two children, ferrying them to a variety of sporting and school events. She also enjoys exploring new recipes and cherishes those rare moments when she can indulge in reading for fun.

Robert thrives on enabling clients to focus their precious time and energy on what is truly meaningful to them through prudent and tax-efficient financial planning. He began his financial services career in 2016, earning his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in 2018. A Southern California native, Robert graduated from the University of California - Riverside and later went on to study personal financial planning at UC-Irvine. Robert and his wife relocated to the Pacific Northwest in 2021, now residing in Oregon's Willamette Valley, to experience life with actual seasons and less concrete. He is a proud stepfather of three amazing young adults, and "Papa" to one very special grandkid. When not working or traveling to visit family and friends spread out across North America, or tending to their chickens and garden, Robert and his wife enjoy exploring the great outdoors - especially camping, hiking and fishing.
