Jeff has had a passion for relationships with people and entrepreneurship since my childhood. I held paper routes, owned a lawn mowing business, did odd jobs and shoveled countless driveways full of snow. I loved forming relationships with people and helping them achieve a stated goal. Jeff has always loved being around and forming relationships with people-in high school he was a peer counselor talking with other students all over the school about their lives; in college Jeff built up a successful territory of advertising sales working for the student newspaper; Jeff has been active in his church, community and his children's school furthering his mission of giving back to others and being around people. Jeff received his BA in social science (basically a psychology/sociology degree with history and marketing thrown in to round it out) from Colorado State University. Jeff continues to be an avid reader of history, motivation and music publications. Jeff enjoys automobiles (classic cars, Camaros, Corvettes, exotics, NASCAR and cruising with the top down on sunny days and summer cruise nights in the family convertible), bicycling/ bicycle racing, college athletics, Colorado State University (Go Rams!), cooking, family, fitness, football (mostly NCAA) history, music, reading, skiing, technology (I love saying, there is an app for that), and travel. Jeff has been married since 1993 to his beautiful wife Jeanna and they are blessed with two incredible daughters Jorja and Joelle. Blatt Companies was founded in 1992 with an innovative idea: a conviction that clients wanted a relationship with an honest, old fashioned work ethic and a client-focused, down-to-earth financial firm.

Jim is a native Coloradan (not too many of us left!), loves to walk his dog Emma, ski, hike, play golf and is the biggest sports fan in the office-anytime there is a game being played in Denver, Jim will be in attendance. Jim's reason for this career path was quite personal: I saw that many members of my own family, as well as friends, were not getting the kind of help they needed to plan financially for the future. I was confident that with my understanding of personal finance, coupled with my degree in business administration and masters in finance I could help people better prepare for the future. Jim has been a trusted financial advisor since 1976, beginning his career with Paine Webber. Clients look to Jim for advice and guidance on mutual funds, stocks and unit investment trusts (UIT). With his background and training at a national wire house, Jim is an expert in providing solutions and navigating the complexities that the stock markets entail. Russell Benefits Group Inc. is not owned by any insurance company, therefore we provide objective information to consumers and small business owners, helping them make informed decisions about their insurance needs. Our service is available to all Colorado residents. Steve has been married to his incredible wife Dawn since 2003 and all of their children are grown and living on their own! Steve and Dawn recently became empty nesters, sold their house in Windsor Colorado, downsized and moved into a condo in downtown Denver.
