Mr. Diamond is Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Atlas Merchant Capital, and is based in New York. Until 2012, Mr. Diamond was Chief Executive of Barclays, having previously held the position of President of Barclays and was responsible for Barclays Capital and Barclays Global Investors ("BGI"). He became an executive director of Barclays in 2005 and was a member of the Barclays Executive Committee since 1997. Prior to Barclays, Mr. Diamond held senior executive positions at Credit Suisse First Boston and Morgan Stanley in the United States, Europe and Asia. Mr. Diamond worked at Credit Suisse First Boston from 1992 to 1996, where his roles included Vice Chairman and Head of Global Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange in New York, as well as Chairman, President and CEO of Credit Suisse First Boston Pacific. Mr. Diamond worked at Morgan Stanley from 1979 to 1992, including as the Head of European and Asian Fixed Income Trading. Mr. Diamond is a Life Trustee and the former Chair of the Colby College Board of Trustees, member of the Yale SOM Council of Global Advisors, a Life Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a founding member of The Nantucket Project. A native of Concord, Massachusetts, Mr. Diamond holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colby College in Maine and a Masters degree from the University of Connecticut. Brian Bogen

Prior to becoming a Senior Advisor to Cascadia, Brian served as President and CEO of North Star Petroleum, a distributor of fuel and lubricants in Alaska and Hawaii. North Star is a subsidiary of Saltchuk, a diversified holding company. Bogen previously served as Vice President and Treasurer for Saltchuk. Bogen currently serves on the Board of Hamilton Urban Partners, an apartment developer in the Seattle area and previously served on the Board of Navios, a leading global shipping company. Brian also served as President of the Northwest Forum, a group of PNW based business leaders. An active community leader, Brian recently served as President of the Board of Directors for the Chief Seattle Council of the Boy Scouts of America and remains on the Executive Committee today. Brian is a board member for Long Live the Kings, a non-profit supporting wild salmon restoration and sustainable fishing and is an elected town councilperson for the town of Woodway. He has previously served on the Board of Directors for A Contemporary Theatre, Northwest Chinook Recovery, the Seattle Aquarium Society and the Greater Washington Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Brian holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and attended the Albers Graduate School of Business and Economics at Seattle University. He completed the Senior Executive Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2005. Carle Felton is a Managing Director and leads Cascadia's Capital Markets Advisory practice. Carle has over 15 years of experience working with private equity firms and family businesses. He understands the goals and challenges of companies in all stages of growth. Carle joined Cascadia from Goldman Sachs Private Credit and Hybrid Capital. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Carle served as a Director in Leveraged Finance at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey (now Truist) and before that, Vice President Global Sponsor Finance at General Electric Capital Corporation (now Antares Capital). Father of three, Carle Felton is a CFA Charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant, and earned a Masters in Accountancy from The University of Georgia.

Christian Schiller is the Vice Chairman - Market Development at Cascadia Capital responsible for new client origination, growing our S. California market presence, channel partner relationships, Cascadia brand and marketing, and mentoring our rising stars. Christian is also a very active participant and leader in the family business segment across the U.S., working proactively with family business leaders to facilitate various strategic initiatives. With over 29 years of investment banking experience, Christian has closed over 150 transactions including buy and sell-side M&A, equity, and debt financing across the U.S. and globally in a wide variety of industries. Prior to joining Cascadia in 2004, Schiller was Managing Director for Cook Associates in Chicago where he focused on private equity transactions with private and family held companies. Previously, he was Vice President of Business Development with Maxim Partners, a Chicago-based private equity group. James Munyon

He was also very actively engaged in international capabilities expansion allowing for enhanced international growth in each of the businesses he was involved in. He is currently serving as an Independent director for a family business within the food industry. Prior to joining Axial, she served as Vice President, Equity Sales at The Buckingham Research Group.
