Since opening our doors in 2009, we have served hundreds of children... In addition to our dedicated staff, we work hand in hand with Multi-Disciplinary Investigative Teams in Boone and Lincoln County. Each county's Multidisciplinary Team (MDIT) is comprised of a group of professionals that represent various disciplines and work collaboratively to ensure the most effective, coordinated response to alleged child abuse is instituted. The Team is a group of professional individuals who are working together to respond to child abuse allegations. The goals of multidisciplinary intervention are to provide a consistent community response to all allegations of criminal child abuse, including safety, investigation, prosecution, support and treatment...
