In 2016, Claridge established a real estate investment platform to broaden its capability to participate in development projects with Quebec-based developers. This platform is managed by Claridge Real Estate and comprises two investors - Claridge and Ivanhoe Cambridge. As of the end of 2020, over $200 million of equity has been deployed in 19 distinct development projects in the Greater Montreal Area and Quebec City.
