Dr. Elaine Wang has been caring for the Memphis community for over 17 years. She was trained as a Family Medicine physician in Long Island, New York. She worked a full year in North Carolina before relocating to Memphis with her family. Her previous group was in midtown. Family Medicine and Weight Loss, MD PLLC is a traditional Family Practice and we also provide weight loss service. By keeping a small patient panel, our office is able to offer not only scheduled routine physicals and follow ups, but the same day appointments for acute illness and urgent care. Dr. Wang spends extra amount of time with each patient and understands you have a busy schedule too. She makes sure that she sees you promptly and makes each visit productive. With the help of modern technology, our response time to your requests: either is a prescription refill, an appointment request or laboratory work communications is much quicker than you would expect from a regular doctor's office.
