Kevin brings his much experience in the offshore company formation industry, having handled incorporations and offshore corporate services covering 60 jurisdictions. Prior to joining KEY, Kevin was the Managing Director of NovaSage Incorporations Limited which is part of the Vistra Group for 3 years and also the General Manager of NewHaven HK, for another 7 years, during these 10 years, he led both companies in a number of successful market growth strategies around Asia, providing solutions to professional intermediaries as well as listed companies. Notably, Kevin was instrumental in establishing a strong market presence for the companies in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Kevin is native to Hong Kong, but has also spent a number of years in Australia. Kevin holds a Masters Degree in Business Systems from Monash University, as well as a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology from Swinburne University of Technology, both in Melbourne Australia.
