Dima Mansour, born in 1983, graduated from Jordan University with B.Sc in Civil Engineering, started working with maisam architect & engineers in 2007. Dima's strengths at work includes high team spirit and the ability to submit high quality work under pressure.
Dunia Abdallah is a Lead Project Architect and Associate partner in maisam architects & engineers, her key strength lies in leading and supervising the project's design works to realize a solid threshold towards the project concepts proposal, developing the approved alternative, and arriving with the project team to the schematic design that meets the client requirements and expectations during the project's early stage.
Dunia has participated in several key projects in both large and small scale that are unique in concept and consistently pushes the boundaries of architecture and urban design to new levels. She also invests in new generations of architectural talents and creates productive team work environment that elevate design outcome. Dunia's qualifications as a Lead Project Architect have proved capability to raise design standards and thus was appointed as associate partner in maisam.

Esam is maisam's driver for the past 5 years, he is a reliable driver and is able to deliver & transport maisam's submissions and other daily requirements on time.
Fakher Murad started his career right after graduating from University in 2006 as an interior designer. He work on numerous projects and broaden his design experience for 7 years then joined maisam architects & engineers in 2013. Fakher's attention to aesthetics in design developed his exceptional abilities with producing 3D visuals.
Feras Al Ajouz has 8 years of working experience in Accounting / Auditing. Feras worked for a year as an Accountant at Ibrahim Yasin & Co. (Audit Bureau), the following year he worked as an Accountant in Med Design and Med Group Companies. Feras had another three years of experience as Accounting Auditor at Ibrahim Yasin & Co. (Audit Bureau). Currently Feras is a Senior Accountant at maisam architects & engineers.

Halah is an Associate Partner, The Group Business Development Director and The Abu Dhabi Area Manager at maisam architects & engineers. Her leadership skills have allowed her to move quickly and surely in the organization to become a key player in maisam's core team. Halah is an exceptional team leader possessing the capacity to translate the company's strategic goals and objectives into her day to day tasks and duties. Halah brings with her an immense technical and managerial know how that enable her to provide substantial input into strategic business growth and improvement decisions, playing a key role in overseeing maisam's overall performance and effectively participating in steering maisam towards achieving its strategic objectives.
Hazem Nimri is the Group CEO and senior partner at maisam architects & engineers. With his extensive expertise in architecture and engineering, Hazem is an exceptional leader possessing the capacity to carry a project from initiation to final production, all while dedicating time an effort to strategic management, business development and expansion planning. Hazem's ability to cleverly balance between client needs, project deliverables and design quality has earned him a reputation of versatility and objective fairness among his clients and peers. His progression in his career exposed him to numerous disciplines in the industry as well as in strategic management, expansion planning and management operations, while this has led him to a flourishing executive career, nevertheless, Hazem maintains his creative edge and enjoys his involvement in all design stages and disciplines.
As an experienced Architect and Master Planner, Hazem shaped unprecedented solutions for a number of marquee Master Planning projects such as: Umm Yafenah Islands in Abu Dhabi, UAE, the Ravi City Master Plan in Lahore, Pakistan and the Rift Bay Master Plan at the Dead Sea, Jordan, in addition to many other Urban Design and Master Planning driven projects. Besides his technical and creative abilities, Hazem's refined communication and networking skills led to several strategic alliances with regional and international experts in a wide range of large-scale projects and collaborations. He managed to successfully manage and contribute in designing and planning innovative projects in Jordan, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Palestine, Pakistan and USA. His determination to examine every nuance of design enables him to provide effective solutions to projects of varying scale and requirements across all project stages and disciplines.
Hazem's dedication to excellence does not stop at delivering high quality designs and solutions, he also is an avid supporter and practitioner of sustainability and responsible building and design. He always aims to instill this sense of responsibility in the new generation of architects and engineers, this has inspired Hazem to pursue a LEED Accreditation which complements his passion for Green and Sustainable Building.Hazem's relentlessness and refusal of mediocrity led him to participate in various professional boards and committees in an effort to protect, sustain and develop the AE profession. Hazem played a strategic role in the taskforce committee of JV2020 to establish a comprehensive AE strategy for Jordan. He is also actively involved the AE Business Council where he advocates the development of the AE practice and uplifting business environment in Jordan. Hazem continues to dedicate his work to innovation, responsible designs and sustainable buildings, his substantial experience in both the technical and managerial aspects of the industry enable him to lead, inspire and most importantly aid in upholding innovation and creativity at maisam.

Lama Maani has 14 years of business experience in brand management and business consulting. She has extensive experience working for Fortune 100 FMCG companies, both headquarters and distributors out of New York, Dubai and Amman including L'Oreal, Procter and Gamble, Nestle and Pfizer. Lama's experience includes leading a multifunctional team to a manage and run a multi-million dollar marketing budget for pan-Arab and pan-Gulf billion dollar brands.
Lama is currently a Business Consultant for a Jordan and UAE based architecture firm maisam architects & engineers. Her scope of work currently entails opening new markets and new businesses for the firm.
Manar Babers, born in 1983, graduated from Philadelphia University with B.S in Network Managent, she previously worked in Watan Radio as a voice actor. Manar started working with maisam architects & engineers since 2010 as an receptionist and HR officer. Manar is passionate about working with high team spirit and is very active in accomplishing her work.

Meisa Batayneh Maani, Founder and Principal Architect at maisam architects & engineers. She is experienced in multiple facets of design including architecture, planning, urban design and place branding.

Mira Khleif is a Projects Architect working for Maisam Architects & Engineers since 2010. She received her ‘M-Arch' Masters in Architecture degree from the University of East London, UK, and a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Glamorgan University, Wales. Mira works on multifaceted projects ranging from urban planning to landmark cultural projects as well as interior design office and residential design projects. Mira's strength lies in the philosophy and conceptual phase of a project, creating unique designs that are personalized to each project/client. Her passion towards architecture that tells a story has led her works to be included as part of the maisam projects that have been entered into worldwide competitions, and received international recognition. Such awards include the WAF- World Architect Festival Award, The Arabian Property Award and the WOW- Winner of Winner Award. Mira also contributed as a co- writer of the book: maisam architects and engineers- Selected Projects. Mira has been part of the growing maisam Abu Dhabi family since 2014 and has since broadened her experience through projects in the UAE and the Gulf.
In addition to practicing architecture, Mira spends a lot of her time behind the lens. She uses photography, her education and conceptual skills to capture moments, spaces and emotions, which convey ideas through a photographic artistic image. Mira is a member of Darat Al Tasweer organization in Amman, Jordan. What initially started as a hobby turned very quickly into a semiprofessional artistic expression. Mira competed on an international level and her work was recognized in 2015 and 2014 for the General Nature Category and in 2013 for the Local Life Category in Turkey. Her work has since been exhibited in several art galleries in the Kingdom.
Mira also played for the Jordanian woman's basketball team and competed in both national and international levels. Growing up, Mira was also a ballet dancer practicing for 9 years.
Her latest work includes a photography book narrating her personal visual experience within the French nature entitled ‘A walk through Fontainebleau Forest; a plethora of hidden gems‘.
Mohammed Kanakri is a Project Architect at maisam architects & engineers, Amman. He received his Bachelor's Degree from Jordan University of Science & Technology in 2005, and is Master's degree from the same university in 2015. His master's thesis tackled the interchangeable influence of video game and architectural design processes through exploring the role of architecture in video game design.
