Max Giant Limited ("Max Giant") is a licensed corporation with a license issued by the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong to conduct Type 4 (advising on securities) and Type 9 (asset management) regulated activities. It was jointly - founded by Ms. Katherine Tsang, Dr. Sheila Wong and Mr. Thomas Tsang in 2014. Since then, Max Giant has been managing for the Max Giant Group their hedge funds and private equity funds, as well as advising on a number of private equity and venture capital projects that focus on China and the Asian markets with an environmental, social and governance bias (ESG).
