Andrew D. Zacharias

Andrew D. Zacharias is a Partner of LKCM Headwater Investments. Mr. Zacharias currently serves on the boards of Relevant Solutions, TestEquity, Resource Minerals, Building Controls & Solutions, Relevant Rental and RPS along with several civic and charitable boards in Fort Worth. Mr. Zacharias previously served as Vice President for Pacesetter Capital Group, executing and managing private equity and mezzanine debt investments in the media, manufacturing and service sectors. Prior to joining Pacesetter, he served as the CFO and COO of Street Advisor, an independent equity research provider. Prior to Street Advisor, he was in the Corporate Finance Group at Bear Stearns where he focused on equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions and private placements across numerous industries in the Southwest US. While in undergraduate school, Mr. Zacharias started his career in finance as an intern analyst for two years for LKCM. Mr. Zacharias graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Texas Christian University. He completed a joint Masters of Business Administration and Masters in Engineering Management fellowship at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where he received the distinction of Austin Scholar. Mr. Zacharias is a candidate for the Turnaround Management Association's Certified Turnaround Professional Designation (CTP).

Art French

Mr. French has served in a variety of executive management and board of director roles over the course of a 40-plus year career. He was a director of Fab Tech Industries from 2000 to 2009; a director of Houston Plating and Coatings Company from 2002 until 2007; a director of Rawson LP from 2003 until 2009; and non-executive chairman of the board of Rawson Holdings, LLC from 2009 to 2010. He has also been a member of the advisory board of Main Street Capital Partners, LLC and a limited partner of Main Street Mezzanine Fund, LP. Mr. French currently serves as an advisor to LKCM Capital Group, LLC, the alternative investment vehicle for Luther King Capital Management. Until1999, Mr. French was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Metals USA Inc., taking the company through a successful IPO in 1997. Earlier, he served as Executive Vice President and a director of Keystone International, Inc. Mr. French began his career as a Sales Engineer for Fisher Controls International, Inc., where he held various titles over 23 years, concluding as company President and Chief Operating Officer, and a board director. A helicopter pilot and Captain in the United States Army Corps of Engineers, he is a graduate of Texas A & M University, with degrees in Mechanical Engineering and General Business.

Ben B. Andrews

Mr. Andrews became a member of the Relevant Board of Directors in 2020. He previously served as Chief Operations Officer of Relevant Solutions, LLC beginning 2016 and in 2017 was promoted to Chief Executive Officer. He has over 20 years of experience creating shareholder value with a focus on organization and operation excellence. He adds optimum leadership in operational efficiency planning, employee development and implementation of sales strategies to Relevant Solutions. Mr. Andrews had several executive roles throughout his career, most notably as Executive Vice President of GHX Industrial, LLC. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting degree from University of Texas at Austin.

Christopher P. Leight

Chris joined Relevant in April of 2018 as part of their Rotating Equipment business. Prior to Relevant, Chris worked for Ingersoll Rand for 18 years, serving in multiple leadership roles in IR's compression technologies and industrial tools divisions. He has held many positions that included sales, marketing, service operations and product management. In his final role with Ingersoll Rand, Chris was responsible for driving sales process improvement globally the Compression Technology business. Prior to that, he directly managed a major region of IR's Compression Technology service centers and was responsible for the leadership of 300+ employees and $100M in revenue. Throughout his career, Chris has a proven track record of profitable growth; a strong customer focus; and development of diverse, high performing teams. Chris holds his bachelor's degree in management and leadership from Judson University and his MBA from Liberty University.

F. Barry Lawrence

Dr. Barry Lawrence has served on the Relevant Solutions Board of Directors since 2014. A professor at Texas A&M University, Dr. Lawrence is Coordinator of the Industrial Distribution Program; Director of the Thomas and Joan Read Center for Distribution Research and Education; and Director the Global Supply Chain Laboratory. He also holds the prestigious Leonard and Valerie Bruce Leadership Chair. His faculty duties include teaching graduate, undergraduate and professional continuing education classes in logistics, Supply Chain Management, distribution information systems and distribution strategy, and working on funded research projects, publications and industry presentations. He is a frequent speaker for distribution associations and companies on topics in his areas of research, ranging from optimizing growth and market share, to sales and marketing optimization, inventory and other asset management, network improvements, transportation and logistics, and best practices and information systems for distribution operations. He has worked on many large industry projects and had more than 12 years of industry experience in sales and retail business before joining Texas A&M. Dr. Lawrence holds a Ph.D. degree in Information and Operations Management from Texas A&M University, a Master of Business Administration degree from Texas State University and a bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.

J. Bryan King

J. Bryan King is a Managing Partner of LKCM Headwater Investments. As an investment manager, Mr. King has been responsible for micro and small-capitalization public and private investments since 1994. King has acted as the Founder and Managing Partner of LKCM Capital Group since 2000, managing the long/short, microcap, private equity and other alternative investment strategies offered by LKCM. Mr. King established the LKCM Distribution Holdings oversight advisory board of operating partners and thought leaders to support investment activities in the distribution, packaging, shop, field and engineering services, and rental focused businesses. Lawson, TestEquity, Relevant Solutions, Leading Quality Assurance, Archer Systems, Independent Life, Industrial Distribution Group, Rawson, and Golden State Medical Supply are among some of the businesses where Mr. King has served as chairman of the board of directors and the managing partner. He also serves and has served in various capacities on many other boards of both public and private companies as well as numerous civic organizations. Joel D. Stewart is a Principal with LKCM Headwater Investments. John Butts

John M. Carte - CEO

Mr. Carte brings over 30 years of industrial distribution experience to Relevant. During his 27+ years with MRC Global, he held positions in sales, operations management, marketing, supply chain, and executive leadership. As Senior Vice President for valves, automation, and instrumentation globally, John led the development and execution of the global strategy for the $1.9 billion segment, with direct responsibility for procurement and product business development. John joined Eads Distribution in 2015 as COO. Following the successful sale of Eads to FCx Performance, he was promoted to Division President of FCx Performance, and led the $180M+ business unit, overseeing company sales and growth plans, strategic initiatives, marketing, finance, branch operations and supply chain. John's has an Associate's degree in Management, a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and an MBA in Organizational Leadership.

John was instrumental in helping Wilson Mohr grow from 3 million in revenue to over 50 million in revenue in 2010 when the business was sold to LKCM. John is currently involved with Relevant' s Acquisition Opportunities, Corporate Insurance Coverage, Contracts and Fleet Management.

Jonathan J. Ryan - CIO

Mr. Ryan has over 25 years of experience in the field of information technology. Mike Singleton - CFO

Mr. Singleton has over 20 years of finance experience in manufacturing, fabrication, distribution and e-commerce industries. He spent most of his career in Finance Director and CFO roles for private equity backed companies. Most recently he has worked in the e-commerce industry with Black Rifle Coffee Company and the fabrication industry with Patriot Erectors. Samuel J. Kirkpatrick - COO

Dr. Kirkpatrick brings over 30 years of aerospace, automotive, and industrial experience to Relevant. During his 24 years with Caterpillar, he held leadership positions in Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain. In his role as Facility Manager in Newberry, South Carolina, he led the introduction of 6 new product lines, increasing facility revenue from $160M to $750M. As Global Supply Chain Manager for the Electric Power Division, he led the transformation of a $3.5bn supply chain, reducing inventory by $500M, reducing operating costs by $39M and improving product lead times by 35%. Immediately prior to joining Relevant, he was a Director with Alvarez & Marsal, specializing in operational performance improvement. Sam holds a Master's degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, a Doctorate in Engineering and an MBA. He is a Chartered Engineer and an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional.

Scott F. Oman - VP

Scott F. Tom Comstock

Mr. Comstock is a current board member for Relevant Solutions, Test Equity and Relevant Power Solutions. Previously Mr. Comstock was CEO of Rawson from February 2003 until December of 2016 ( It was sold by LKCM to ERIKS in 2013). Prior to joining Rawson, Mr. Comstock was the Chief Operating Officer of Furmanite, a petrochemical service company. Mr. Comstock spent 16 years with Keystone International, a flow control company, and served as President of the Keystone International's Industrial Valve Group in Europe for three years. Mr. Comstock received an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.

Tom Felter

Mr. Felter, who has an impressive tenure in sales and executive management, was elected to the Luther King Capital Management Industrial Distribution boards as a member, partner and consultant. He had previously been a consultant for several large industrial valve, automation and instrumentation companies, such as Flowserve and SSP Instrumentation, as well as a Louisiana CPA firm. Earlier, in 1996, he joined Carter Chambers, LLC in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and held a variety of leadership positions there, eventually serving as President and Chief Executive Officer from 1999 to 2009, when the company was sold to Pon Holdings. Afterward, Mr. Felter was the Director of Business Development for PVI Holdings, a subsidiary of Pon Holdings, until October 2012. Before joining Carter Chambers, Mr. Felter managed accounts for valves and automation at Valvax Corporation. He had spent the previous 11 years at the Duriron Company (now Flowserve Corporation) in a succession of ever larger management roles within the industrial and control valve divisions, and in many different locations. Mr. Felter began his career at the Olin Corporation in Baton Rouge after graduating from Louisiana State University with a bachelor's degree in Finance.
