He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the famous Obafemi Awolowo University; Ile-Ife and graduated from Federal University of Technology Owerri, where he obtained a bachelor's degree in Industrial Chemistry. Nkiru Modesta Okoli B.Sc., ACA, CFA in view, is a level 2 CFA student and has over 10 years' experience as an Accountant. Nkiru Okoli has a degree in Accounting from Ebonyi State University and is an associate member of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. She has astute knowledge and experience in financial reporting and analysis, audit, tax administration and knowledge of accounting software. Nkiru is a thorough analyst and is IFRS compliant.
She began her career after her youth service as an Auditor in 2012, she then rose to the position of senior Auditor in Divine Prime Consult Partners.

Olufemi has over ten years experience in Capital Market activities and Securities Trading. He holds a B.Sc and M.Sc in Statistics Degree from University of Ilorin and University of Ibadan respectively. Also an Associate of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria. Before joining Skyview Capital, he was the Acting CEO/Head of Stockbroking at WT Securities Limited. At a time he was a dealing clerk and Ibadan branch manager for LeadCapital Plc, Along his career in Stockbroking and Relationship Management, Femi has worked with CSL Stockbrokers Limited and Mission Securities Limited. He is an authorized dealing clerk on the Floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange and a registered fund manager with Securities and Exchange Commission. He has attended a quite numbers of courses, seminars and workshops on capital market development.
Uche is a graduate of Banking & Finance from the Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma. He also holds MBA with specialization in Marketing Management from School of Postgraduate Studies, Lagos State University Ojo. Uche is a dependable professional experienced in corporate finance, marketing, client services and relationship management. His work experience covers MFranklin Ghana Limited, Cornerstone Insurance Plc, Integrated Trust & Investments Limited among others.
He joined Skyview Capital Limited in January 2014 as Head, Marketing and Clients Services. Before joining Skyview Capital, Uche worked with Integrated Trust & Investments Limited as Head, Marketing where he grew the company's client base and profitability tremendously. At a time in his career with Integrated Trust, he participated in many capital raising transactions namely Fumman Agricultural Products Industries Plc (4.95 Billion Private Placement exercise), Niger Insurance Plc (Rights Issue of N2.6b), Vono Products Plc (Rights Issue of N840m), Ratification of the Acquisition of Corporate Ideals Insurers Ltd by Oceanic Insurance Ltd etc.
