With a Master's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Isaiah has built a strong career in the energy sector, particularly in well logging, project management, and operational leadership. His experience spans roles at Degeconek Nigeria Ltd., where he was instrumental in growing the logging department, and Coastal and Reclamation Engineering Services Ltd., where he conducted technical audits for dredging operations. Isaiah's areas of expertise include project planning, case-hole well integrity logging, survey audit engineering, and general office management.
He is known for his ability to manage both personnel and resources effectively, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and driving business growth. Throughout his career, Isaiah has demonstrated a commitment to local content development in Nigeria's oil and gas sector, working with international partners to bring cutting-edge geosolutions to Sub-Saharan Africa.

Samuel Olanrewaju Abidoye is a performance-driven subsurface professional with over 15 years of experience in petroleum geosciences, specializing in the subsurface evaluation of hydrocarbon reservoirs in clastic and carbonate environments.
He holds an MSc in Petroleum Geoscience from the University of London and an MBA from Warwick Business School. As the Geoscience Manager and Lead Geologist at Harvex Geosolutions Limited, he provides expert consultancy on 3D seismic interpretation, fault seal analysis, reservoir geomodelling, and uncertainty analysis.
He has a proven track record in field development planning, JV relations, and budget management, with experience working on high-impact projects at companies such as Seplat Energy and BP Iraq.
His expertise extends to mentoring and coaching junior geoscientists, with a strong emphasis on integrating geological, geophysical, and reservoir engineering data for enhanced oil recovery and production optimisation.
He is an active member of the Petroleum Exploration Society of Great Britain and the Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists.

Peter is a geoscience professional with 20+ years of experience in seismic data operations, acquisitions, and processing. He is involved in high-network international oil & gas business development projects.
Peter schooled at Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria with an honours degree in geology. His professional career started with CGG and has since worked at Paradigm Geophysical, Ikon Science and Acorn Geophysical with a brief data processing consultancy stint.
He has industry experience using various geophysical software packages and workflows on UNIX, Linux and PC-based platforms. With an increasing portfolio of projects in Sub-Saharan Africa, Peter has been graciously building Harvex Geosolutions Limited, into a growing leader in local content piloted Multi-client exploration services business with a robust oilfield services base.

Pierre C. Nouama is a seasoned geoscientist with over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He currently serves as the Country Director at Harvex Geosolutions in Abidjan, where he has been involved in optimizing production for various projects and promoting open blocs for the Democratic Republic of the Congo. He has also held key positions at PETROCI and Cybele Energy, managing exploration blocks, preparing budgets, and negotiating PSC and JOA agreements.
His academic background includes a Master's in Marine Sciences and Technologies from Tokai University in Japan, with a focus on seismic processing and interpretation. He is proficient in several languages, including French, English, and Japanese, and has developed strong skills in geophysical software and cartography. Pierre's career highlights also include promoting Côte d'Ivoire's sedimentary basin and contributing to the drafting of the new petroleum code. His international experience is further underscored by his participation in numerous global conferences and exhibitions across Africa, Europe, and North America.
In addition to his technical expertise, he has experience in commercial roles, particularly in the manufacturing sector, and is passionate about martial arts, motorbikes, and scuba diving.
