The company made a humble beginning in the year 1938 as M/s Arvind Cloth store, a retail store in South Mumbai. It was the enterprising vision and foresight of the Late Mr. Chunilal Kothari which led to the foundation of the Store. Another milestone in the growth of the company was in 1975. The company was joined by Mr Mahendra Kothari, son of Late Shri. Chunilal Kothari. He brought innovations new ideas and had a vision for the company which pioneered and focused in quality for customer.
