Prior to joining Dev-Byrne, she earned recognition for top sales and strategy in the real estate industry. Alisia has extensive experience in strategic partnerships, distribution agreements, contract services sales, and service/product marketing. Alisia holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mercy College and a Graduate Certificate from New York University. She enjoys volunteer work and has participated and represented Dev-Byrne in multiple local community events in NYC.

Arnold Felberbaum

Arnold Felberbaum is vice president of Risk Management for Dev-Byrne & Company. Arnold provides oversight for the suite of Dev-Byrne & Company risk management solutions that assess and identify potential risks that may hinder our clients' reputation, safety, security and financial prosperity. Arnold is certified in risk and information systems control (CRISC). He has held numerous Senior IT Executive positions with an exceptional track record of managing enterprise-level information technology (IT), risk management, cybersecurity, privacy, and IT compliance. He holds over 16 years of experience as Chief Information Security Officer at leading Fortune 100 companies; AIG and Reed Elsevier. At Dev-Byrne, Arnold evaluates clients' existing security programs for alignment with regulatory obligations and industry practices and builds customized compliance frameworks. In addition to consulting with various government agencies, he is an Adjunct Professor at NYU Tandon School of Engineering teaching Managing Information Security & Risk and teaches Cybersecurity for Management & Boardroom at Learning Tree.

Gene Scher

Gene Scher is vice president of Business Development for Dev-Byrne & Company on the West Coast, where he leads the sales and marketing teams. Gene has been a business management leader for over 30 years specializing in reorganizations, and capital fund raises. Gene has the unique ability to innovate and create business strategies that attain tangible results across business sectors particularly in the direct response, data analysis, and modeling arenas. His primary focus is to build awareness about Dev-Byrne's unique capabilities among prospective clients and develop and maintain relationships with current and past clients. Before joining Dev-Byrne, Gene founded Advanced Management Systems in 1982, which was ranked in the top five direct marketing firms in the U.S, with clients that included the British Royal Mint, Johnson and Johnson, and various insurance and financial institutions. From 1992 through 1997 he concentrated on building and selling trading card companies and was integral in the development of Skybox (one of the premier trading card companies in the country). After four years Skybox was sold for nine figures. During the Skybox years, Gene negotiated deals with major sports leagues and the major entertainment companies. Gene holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hunter University and a Post-Graduate Degree from Manhattan College. Throughout his career, Gene has found satisfaction engaging in diverse environments through involvement in various philanthropic and political organizations

Lawrence Papa

Lawrence Papa is vice president of Operations and Human Resources for Dev-Byrne & Company. Lawrence oversees Dev-Byrne's technology expense management supply chain, service and support, and the social responsibility initiatives which protect the firm's employees.He has lead national initiatives to re-engineer the company's systems, processes and procedures in order to improve the total client experience and drive revenue growth. Prior to joining Dev-Byrne, Lawrence held multiple leadership positions at New York Telephone, NYNEX, Bell Atlantic, and Verizon. With almost forty years of telecom experience, Lawrence has overseen large business units responsible for telecom sales, billing, collections, facility recovery, and network design. He is the former head of the Verizon New York Infrastructure Carrier Design Team. He was also lead administrator for Bell Atlantic New York's Receivables Management Collection Center, enforcing all employee policy, practice, and personnel guidelines. Lawrence completed undergraduate studies at York College and received advanced telecom training from Telcordia and Bell Laboratories. He has received multiple industry awards, including the prestigious Verizon President's Club Award. Lawrence serves on the committee for historic preservation and maintenance of the Jackson Heights Historic District in Queens, NY.

Richard Sennett

Richard Sennett is vice president of Technology Expense Management for Dev-Byrne & Company. Richard oversees all aspects of Dev-Byrne's technology expense management operations. He brings a wealth of experience and telecom knowledge to Dev-Byrne, as well as a clear understanding of customer service, technology, tariffs, and the billing industry. Richard began his career in telecommunications post-divestiture at the onset of the information age. With over 30 years of telecom industry expertise, Richard co-founded Hudson Allied, LLC - an award winning telecommunications auditing firm. His keen understanding of the billing industry allowed the firm to achieve client savings and results far exceeding industry standards. Prior to joining Dev-Byrne & Company, Richard held leadership positions in the ordering, billing and engineering divisions of AT&T Inc., New York Telephone, and Bell Atlantic. As the former head of Verizon's New York Premier Billing and Claims department, Richard oversaw the team responsible for validating and processing claims and adjustments for Verizon's enterprise clients, including several Fortune 500 companies. Richard is known for resolving extremely complex billing issues while maintaining and enhancing the vendor/client relationship. Richard holds an undergraduate degree from Columbia University and a Graduate Certificate in Information Technology from New York University.

Utilizing a unique blend of executive acumen, telecom expertise and IT solutions, Rodney has built a premiere firm that consistently delivers results by aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, substantial improvements to service delivery, standardization, and systems performance. Prior to joining Dev-Byrne, Rodney held multiple business roles within the technology sector over the past two decades. As Vice-President and co-founder of award winning telecom auditing firm Hudson Allied, he garnered an elite list of clients, taking Hudson from obscurity to highly profitable in under three years. At Verizon NY, he oversaw large business units responsible for overall control, circuit design, and service delivery of NY State Enterprise Client Special Services for all Fortune 500 clients. He also spearheaded Verizon's network modernization and facility recovery initiative, overseeing multiple control centers in the U.S. Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states, recovering over $24M in facilities annually. Rodney completed both undergraduate and graduate degrees (MS in Management and Information Systems), with honors at New York University. He is a published contributing author who has written scholarly papers in the IT field and on Total Quality Management. Vaughn Lowery is vice president and chief marketing officer for Dev-Byrne & Company. He is responsible for linking the innovations of the company's product team to the customer-focused operations business units to build the Dev-Byrne global brand. In this role, Vaughn oversees management of consumer insights, digital marketing strategy, company positioning, marketing effectiveness, social responsibility, media and employee communications. Vaughn joined Dev-Byrne in 2018 to take on the newly created chief marketing role. Prior to joining Dev-Byrne, he held marketing positions at Vibe Magazine, Saks Fifth Avenue, and WPI PR & Marketing (NYC). As an international talent, he has extensively worked and lived on four continents: North America, Africa, Asia and Europe. Some of his notable clients include: GAP, Marc Ecko, Old Navy, Skechers, Nordstrom, Dasani Water, Elle Magazine and L'Uomo Vogue. He is also well known for his television appearances on America's Next Top Model, Scrubs and as the exclusive spokesperson for Joe Boxer. Vaughn holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree from Cornell University's School of Industrial & Labor Relations. He is the grandson of civil rights leader Rev. Dr. Joseph E. William Adams

William Adams is vice president of Technology Auditing for Dev-Byrne & Company. William is responsible for managing Dev-Byrne's technology audit and analysis activities. He oversees a team of Dev-Byrne auditors and analysts, managing the inflow of new client projects, reviewing the analysis of all client billing, client deliverables, and cost-saving recommendations. William is instrumental in developing Dev-Byrne analytical processes and procedures. Before joining Dev-Byrne, William spent over twenty-three years working in early stage and middle market companies as controller or CFO. He has held both staff auditing and account management positions at Arthur Young and Bear Stearns for almost a decade. William has negotiated numerous acquisitions, including a division of Yahoo. As a primary deal architect, he found ways to structure acquisitions to save on interest, accelerate tax deductions, as well as lower price. He has also negotiated talent contracts with representatives of Dick Clark, Lou Dobbs, Alice Cooper and more. William holds a B.S. in accounting from Manhattan College.
