Bruno has been with Dynamica for several years, so if we miss information, we always ask him - he knows everything.
As production manager, Bruno is very accurate and puts honor in orders being processed correctly and in accordance with customers' wishes.
His long employment together with his precision and customary acuity reveals mistakes.
Bruno is always looking carefully at the skills of the employees, supporting them, challenging them, and contributing to their further development.
In his spare time, he plays "Old Boys" football, sometimes resulting in a pulled muscle in the leg, so it is often we see him limping around the factory He has a very well-developed sense of humor and sense of irony, and he often initiates a good laugh.
Ghita is a very down-to-earth practical-minded person, able to talk to anybody about any subject, and comes in very handy in our production.
Her Excel skills are also - well - excellent
Originally, Ghita was employed at Dynamica Ropes to prepare technical drawings in our CAD program, but today her skills are used in product design as this goes in hand with her hobbies: crocheting. Ghita is a book author of crochet books. Apart from crocheting Ghita is using her time for gardening trying to be self-sufficient in vegetables and using her sewing skills for up-cycling second-hand clothes and crafts to a new smart wardrobe.
Apart from QHSE in our company Helle is also responsible for all the repair of tangible assets such as machinery, cranes, our 500t test bed, braiding machines, etc.
Helle is a team player and a true mood booster, who wishes her colleagues to thrive and puts an effort in that no one is forgotten. She is always ready for a joke and prepared to tell funny stories.
Helle is kind and gentle, always having in mind the colleague's mood and always ready to help. She is often the person answering when you call us.
Helle has a great life experience gained over the years in different companies and later a 10-year career as self-employed. She has "been there - done that" - but you should not think she is at a standstill! Helle is a sucker for new ideas, impulses, innovative ways of doing things, and getting new skills. She recently decided to start a new education within HR in her free time, bringing new skills to the company.
No task is too small or too big for Helle, and she handles every challenge that ends on her desk.

John is a big-time" family man", but also enjoys travelling. When travelling outside India Johns's motto is "This dish is not spicy at all"
He enjoys gardening and is able to cultivate the most beautiful veggies in his backyard. He is a cricket fan and is always ready to discuss the latest achievements of the Indian team.
John enjoys playing badminton, and has been playing for years. Today it is his son, who brings this passion to the next level of professionalism. We are all at Dynamica cheering for his successes!
If you talk to Jørgen, you will probably learn that synthetic fibres are in his DNA.
He worked for Danfoss and Utzon before starting his own business in 1995. You can easily see that his job is his hobby. He is involved in both sales, production and innovation, having his 4-5 daily walks through the production site every day, which makes approx. 55,000 steps per week.
He has an interest in history and takes every opportunity to visit museums and historical sites if the travel plan allows for this.
Jørgen is a very casual man - you will never see him wearing a tie. He is always ready to exchange jokes and his laughs are contagious for others around. Jørgen loves dogs and children, so all employees are welcome to bring both to work He has a dedicated drawer in his desk - collecting the drawings from "company children" 25 years back.
Kate often states that her mission is "to replace steel wire with ropes and slings made of synthetic Dyneema® fibres". She has been with the company since 1999, and she has experience with Dyneema® ropes being used in many industries.
When not at work, Kate worships her great passion: a rose garden and growing beautiful flowers; historic and old roses. We enjoy her hobby at the office when she brings bunches of flowers. She is a member of the Board of a local Horticultural Society in Fredericia taking care of the communication on social media.
Kate is interested in Roman Empire history and the Viking Age, and she enjoys reading books and watching movies with the historical background of any period.
Kurt is a nerd when it comes to calculations. He has gained international working experience from his past at LM & General Electric. He worked with R&D at FibreVisions A/S for several years, and we all benefit from his understanding of fibres' nature.
At first look, you think that Kurt is very formal, but this is only a disguise! Don't get him wrong- his jokes are very refined, and he can be in a gagged mood.
In his spare time, Kurt rides his bicycle and enjoys running. He is interested in history and politics. He can always update us on the latest news, and he is often our "political science encyclopedia."

Mie is our "Pippi Longstocking", she is often involved in solving subjects she never handled before, and she always finds a way to solve the task.

Rasmus has gained experience from his jobs with Lego, Vestas, and Danfoss, just to mention a few. Rasmus came from the industry using steel, but he very quickly understood the benefits of products made with Dyneema® fibres.
He says: "You need to understand your rope". He is always digging deep to understand the specific application. Rasmus's mantra is "Mathematics is beautiful" (which is often a subject of discussion with colleagues) and he is always very helpful no matter what he is asked for. Rasmus cracks a lot of jokes - especially "Friday jokes" helping everybody to transfer into the weekend mood.
Originally educated as a freight forwarder, Tinna is very competent when it comes to transportation planning and booking. Her focus is mainly on planning orders and managing the flow all the way through the production/workshop.
She is always keen and always with a smile on her face, even when all the dominoes would fall.
Tinna is a very determined jogger in her spare time.
Apart from her husband and a dog (the biggest workload ), she has two teenage daughters - so her hands are full.
