The beginning of IHBShipDesign is set in 2007 when a joint venture between Vik-Sandvik and IHB ShipDesign was established. In 2008 Wartsila acquires Vik-Sandvik and the company changes its name to Wartsila IHB ShipDesign. In 2010 Wartsila terminates the partnership in the joint venture. The company continues its activities in the ship repair and retrofit upgrades and conversions area as an independent company - IHB ShipDesign member, of Industrial Holding Bulgaria... IHB 3Design is a subsidiary company to IHB ShipDesign. The company delivers Interior design solutions as well as designs for the Industrial sector. The company uses the latest technologies to create a high-quality digital experience... IHB ShipDesign is a design company located in Varna - the maritime capital of Bulgaria. Today we employ more than 80 in-house engineers.
