Mr. Harper is the Vice President and has been a project manager for lnterscape Construction since 1989. As project manager his responsibilities include all aspects of management for the complete build-out of projects, including preconstruction services, scheduling and cost & quality control. His expertise is demonstrated by the large retinue of loyal clients with whom he has a continuing relationship over many years.

Freddie Elenes is a Senior Project Manager and now oversees estimating and project management. While maintaining a very close relationship with clients, Freddie brings a level of attention and excitement that provides a value of success to all projects. From conceptual planning to the completion of a project Freddie's efforts in problem solving makes the process smooth and easy for his clients. Freddie has a Bachelor's degree in Arts and Science which brings a unique and strong support to the company and implements a high standard of forward thinking.
