Debra Scott

Debra Scott is a lawyer and principal consultant for SP Consulting. Debra began her legal career working for a trusts & estates boutique law firm in 1995 before becoming a Relationship Manager for the Private Bank at Bank of America. As a Relationship Manager, Debra was responsible for managing Bank of America's first donor-advised fund along with private foundation accounts and special needs trusts. In the year 2000, Debra established The Scott Practice, LLC where she represented clients concerning estates & trusts matters and fiduciary disputes. With over 19 years of experience handling fiduciary matters, in 2014, she introduced a new nonprofit consulting division to the law firm called SP Consulting. Debra has a law, public health and accounting background. Debra received her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and her master's degree in Public Health from Emory University, with a concentration in Health Management. She earned her bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside and studied accounting post-baccalaureate at Clayton State University where she was conferred membership into the Golden Key Honor Society. Debra has worked with various nonprofit organizations such as The Emory Clinic, Nature Abounds, Clayton County Family Care and the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors. She has also been a guest lecturer for the RETT Syndrome Association and ARC and continues to lecture on planned giving and estates and trusts topics.

Linda Hardin

Linda Hardin comes to SP Consulting from the behavioral science sector and assists the consulting practice with strategic development and proposal writing. Linda brings over ten years of experience working with behavioral health organizations on development of intervention strategies, strategic coaching and program evaluation. Linda is also a highly skilled group meeting facilitator and trainer and has facilitated approximately six hundred groups of diverse cultures and backgrounds during her professional career. Linda Hardin has a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science from the University of Maryland.

Patricia Hardin

Patricia Hardin is a nonprofit specialist with more than ten years of experience working on high level issues pertaining to human services, community development, and health care. Patricia Hardin received her Master's degree in Nonprofit Administration from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Howard University. Prior to her work with SP Consulting, Patricia assisted with the execution of the American Cancer Society patient services programs. In addition, Patricia led community development projects for Habitat for Humanity where she trained and engaged community volunteers on community mobilization.
