Alexander Minin

The main areas of Alexander's specialization are tax and customs law, investments, dispute resolution, complex business structuring and reorganizational issues, criminal cases on economic crimes. Professional portfolio of Alexander includes more than 300 cases and projects on tax structuring and enterprise restructuring, consolidation of business groups in Ukraine, disputes connected with realization of large investments projects. He successfully provides consulting services and represents interests of the biggest taxpayers in Ukraine - multinational groups, international companies and their subsidiaries in Ukraine, Ukrainian companies and mid-sized business. As an Attorney at Law, Alexander has considerable experience in defense of clients' officials in criminal proceedings on white collar crimes, in particular in proceedings on/f tax evasion, forgery, criminal negligence and other violations in the field of economic activity. In 1999 Alexander together with several colleagues has established his own company in which he is a Senior Partner up to date. Alexander Shemiatkin specializes in tax issues, investments and foreign economic activity, trade and distribution, labour issues. He has considerable experience in representing the clients' interests in court disputes, especially with tax and customs authorities.
