BOONE-SCHURZ - Key Persons

Mark Boone graduated Princess Anne high school in 1975 then joined the Air force and served for three years. After returning to Norfolk, he attended Old Dominion University, then the Electronic Computer Programing Institute (ECPI) and graduated after two years with a certificate in technical telecommunications. As co-owner, Mark's primary job is an IT specialist for Aspect Telecommunications company spanning different locations across the east coast. He is not the main manager of Boone-Schurz, however contributes help when and if it is needed.

Rob Schurz graduated from Old Dominion University in 1978 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology and later graduated from Electronic Computer Programing Institute (ECPI). After working a couple years at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Rob decided to pursue a career as a small business owner. With 31 years experience as a business owner, master carpenter, and landlord, Rob is very familiar with the "ins and outs" of living in an apartment in a busy city. He is a dedicated and loyal landlord, ensuring his tenants are always comfortable and happy with his apartments.
