The consortium is comprised of four global and local leaders in transportation infrastructure: ACS-Dragados, Aecon, EllisDon and AtkinsRéalis... Crosslinx Transit Solutions Entities CTS is comprised of three separate entities, as is typical of Public Private Partnership contracts. Crosslinx Transit Solutions General Partnership or "Project Co" is the partnership that has contracted with Metrolinx and Infrastructure Ontario to deliver the Crosstown project. Crosslinx Transit Solutions Constructors is the partnership responsible for the design-build portion of the project. Crosslinx Transit Solutions Maintenance GP is the partnership responsible for maintaining the Crosstown over its 30 year lifespan.
