Chris Salvadore comes to GRN Coastal with a background in Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. He is considered a high energy, hands on executive and he has a reputation for superior customer service. Chris is passionate about building long-term professional relationships and works exclusively with our key partners to help them acquire top talent. Chris is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston. Prior to GRN, Chris worked at Sun Life Financial where he was the recipient of the prestigious Impact Award. He has diverse experience in both the private and public sector. His exceptional communication skills allow him to create unique partnerships. He is committed to getting significant results by matching clients with qualified candidates.

Janice Salvadore - CEO

Janice Salvadore began her career in the Insurance world with Liberty Mutual Insurance in Boston. She worked extensively with major retail, health and food establishments. After many years in the Insurance industry, she went to law school and received her Juris Doctor. She transitioned in the legal profession and started her own firm in MA. She has been practicing law for over ten years. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work and a Juris Doctor Degree.

John Salvadore's focus addresses how the acquisition of top Talent can drive Strategy, effect Organizational Alignment and have a direct impact on bottom-line results. An experienced industry executive, Mr. Salvadore specializes in the areas of Industrial manufacturing and distribution. He has built his career around developing high performance teams, excellence in leadership , and driving revenue through mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other large-scale corporate transactions. He is a skilled speaker , having facilitated workshops, team sessions, and 1:1 coaching sessions for a broad range of clients across multiple industries and functions. Mr. Salvadore's unique 30 year industry background allows him to personally connect with his clients and candidates. John has recruited and built high performance teams in every organization he has touched. His 360 degree insight on business challenges allows him to select the best talent that produces results. Before GRN, he worked in distribution, manufacturing and with buying groups. He has managed sales and engineering staffs as large as 100 plus employees. His real world expertise and marketplace intelligence makes Mr.Salvadore truly an extension of his client's team. He will find you the right candidate who is the right fit at the right time. Mr. Salvadore has a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Nichols College and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Julianne Salvadore

Julianne joined GRN Coastal from the corporate recruiting industry, where she handled multiple Fortune 10, and Fortune 100 companies. Julianne's recruiting experience brings many key tools, operating metrics, and creative solutions to the GRN Coastal team. After only 6 months with GRN Coastal, Julianne's expertise was recognized with the prestigious GRN Nationwide Peak Performer Award within all 200 GRN offices in North America. Julianne has been able to accomplish results for both clients and candidates through a 3-pronged, team-oriented approach between the recruitment team, hiring managers and candidates. Along with traditional recruiting, Julianne is also GRN's Recruitment Marketing Specialist. She plans and implements our recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high quality candidates. Julianne also manages the execution of our sourcing mission through strategy, tools and processes for all industry lines. Julianne received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from The University of Alabama and will graduate in 2023 with a Master's degree from NC State University.

Tim Salvadore

Prior to joining GRN Coastal, Tim worked with Bank of America - Merrill Lynch in New York City where he worked within Global Technology and Operations. Tim assisted bank clients including hedge funds, multinational manufacturing, and technology firms. Tim also has worked in conjunction with organizations affiliated with Major League Baseball in various data analytics projects. With proficiency in R Studio, Power BI, Tableau, SQL and Python Tim's specific knowledge enables in depth qualifying of candidates for technology related roles. Tim now applies this knowledge to his client's needs. Tim received his undergraduate degree in engineering Business and Technology Management from the Tandon School of Engineering at New York University and is currently pursuing an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business. Tim brings a worldly education and business entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a very strong technology, engineering and global business understanding. As Director of Talent Acquisition and Partnerships , Tim works cross-functionally between business development, client partner management and talent acquisition.
