IRPCO

IRPCO was established in 1973 to provide coupled curb pump hose assemblies to Petroleum Equipment Distributors (PED) and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM's). At that time all curb pump hose assemblies were manufactured and marketed by the rubber companies themselves. The Gates Rubber Company came to the decision that while they did a very good job of manufacturing hose they also did a very poor job of assembling, packaging, and shipping to their customers in a timely fashion... Gates approached Industrial Rubber Products Company of Charleston, WV about performing these functions and establishing relationships with the PED market. Mr. Bill Basham formed a new company to do just that and thus was born IRPCO. Since 1973 IRPCO has been providing excellent service and high quality products to the petroleum equipment industry.
